Scott Heard

Scott received his B.A. from Montana State University in 1983, his J.D. from the University of Montana in 1987 and his Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1988.  Scott practiced as a CPA in the tax department of Seely, Mullins & Associates in Glendale, Arizona during 1984 and he served as an attorney-advisor to Judge Meade Whitaker of the United States Tax Court in Washington D.C. from 1987-1989.  From 1990 through 2001, Scott was associated with a large regional law firm in its Billings, Montana office.

  • Business, Estates, Trust, Tax and Real Property Section of the State Bar of Montana, Past Chair
  • Speaker at various institutions and organizations

Community Involvement includes:

  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Yellowstone County, Past Board Member
